谈分手
今天有个朋友找我倾诉,因为她刚分手了!看着她的一字一句,仿佛看到过去的自己,有点感慨。我发现,要从分手中重新站起来,好像都会经过以下过程:
1.Denial
2.Anger
3.Bargaining
4.Depression
5.Acceptance
没错,就是Elizberth Kubler Grief Reaction..
而最好的疗方就是时间...
